Dr. Michael Georgeff
Executive Chairman
Dr. Michael Georgeff is a world-renowned pioneer in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Agents. With over four decades of experience, he has significantly influenced the advancement of AI technologies globally. Dr. Georgeff was the founder and CEO of Precedence Health Care, a groundbreaking digital health company acquired by Sonic Healthcare. He also founded Agentis International in the USA and served as founder and CEO of the Australian Artificial Intelligence Institute. Earlier in his career, he was the Program Director of Artificial Intelligence at SRI International (Stanford Research Institute). His visionary leadership and deep expertise in AI are instrumental in guiding Sicura Health’s innovative solutions.
Dr Ruth Salom
Executive Director (Medical)
Dr. Ruth Salom is a distinguished medical practitioner and executive with extensive leadership experience in the healthcare sector. She formerly served as the Executive Director of South Australia Pathology, overseeing a team of 6,000 medical staff and ensuring the delivery of critical health services. Dr. Salom has also held prominent roles as the National Health Director at KPMG, Head of Integrated Solutions at Telstra Health, and Chief Executive Officer of Barwon Health. Her profound understanding of medical practice and healthcare management strengthens Sicura Health’s commitment to delivering impactful and patient-centred solutions.
Silvio Salom
Executive Director (Commercial)
Silvio Salom is a successful entrepreneur and business leader with a strong track record of founding and leading numerous software companies operating globally across diverse markets. His ventures span e-commerce, health, aerospace and defence, telecommunications, and gaming industries. Silvio’s extensive experience in technology and innovation brings strategic operational excellence to Sicura Health. His ability to identify emerging market opportunities and drive business growth ensures that our solutions meet the highest standards and deliver exceptional value to our partners. Silvio was cofounder of Precedence Health Care.
Robi Karp
Executive Director (Technology)
Robi Karp is an experienced technologist, founder and CEO of Fluffy Spider Technologies, a supplier of software solutions in healthcare. He is a non-executive Director at HL7 Australia, the peak organisation for healthcare interoperability standards. He is a guest lecturer and board advisor at Australian universities. Robi is also a non-executive Director at Rapid Response Revival, an Australian MedTech company. His expertise ensures that Sicura Health’s platform remains at the forefront of healthcare technology.
